Check that the connection between the brick and the wall cord are properly connected:
Please unplug the connection from the wall to the brick, flip the cord over, and plug it back into the brick.
Please also do the same with the cord to the laptop. Unplug the cord, flip it, and plug it back in.
Please plug the power cord into a different slot on the surge protector.
Unplug the power from the laptop and hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then press the power button again to see if it turns on.
Please provide the following photos:
· The charging cord plugged into the wall.
· The charging cord plugged into the laptop and the left side view of the laptop showing whether the charging light is on or not.
· A phone/other item plugged into the surge protector and that the phone/other item is charging/working. (This is to show that it is not the surge protector.)
