  1. Why can’t I see my signature in Outlook?
    1. Our email servers add your signature to emails after you click send as long as they match the following rules:

                                                               i.      The email is a NEW email to the recipient (not a forward or reply)

ii.      The recipient is OUTSIDE of our INCCRRA/Gateways/Excelerate/Birth to Five network

  1. But what if I want to see it to make sure everything is correct?
    1. Send a new email to a personal email address.
If you do not have one, don@donaldwhitehead.com can be used and I will be sure to forward it back to you.
  2. Is there a way to make it to where I see it when I am composing an email?
    1. Not at present.
  3. Should I still use a signature if I am using the web email or my mobile device?
    1. No, that is why we use this method.
It doesn’t matter where you send the email from; if it travels through our servers and meet the rules in #1 it will receive your signature.
  4. If something is incorrect in my signature, how can I get it fixed?
    1. Send an email to ithelp@inccrra.org
