Quick Assist for Users
Quick Assist is the newest way for us to help you remotely. It should be available on all INCCRRA Windows devices.
To launch it, click on the start menu and type "quick". The "Quick Assist" icon (shown below) should appear (1). Click the icon to launch the application.
On the next screen, enter the code we have given you into the "Code from assistant" box (1) and click the "Share screen" button (2). You may need to contact the help technician at this point to receive the code.
The Quick Assist application should ask you for permission. Please click "Allow" (1).
